When we went to the botanical garden in Athens we saw a lot of plants ( ^ o ^). Mitzi got lost because she accidentally didn't follow us . We saw lots and lots of plants ( T_T). I mean lots lots and lots and lots of plants.

Natural History Museum

This week we were staying in Maryland and visited the capitol. On the first day we visited the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. I admit that this is not my best video, videos get better after this.

Blacksmithing in Maryland

On Wednesday, Grace and Ezra went to a blacksmithing lesson at Ms. Caitlin's School of Blacksmithing in Frederick, MD. After a quick safety talk, we got to practice in clay and then got to work with hot metal. 

We made these things in one session! Ms. Caitlin is amazing and walking away with a completed project felt great. If you're ever near the area, you should definitely make this stop. One of the highlights of this week for sure.

Isopods live at the bottom of the ocean eating whale falls and other stuff that sinks to the bottom of the ocean. A whale fall is when a whale dies and sinks all the way to the bottom of the ocean. Isopods are scavengers.
